As you leave the line fuming, one of the managers notices and runs over.
“Hello,” he says, “is there a problem?”
You explain the situation and he begins to get extremely nervous.
“Well,” he says, “I can take care of that for you.” He signs it. “Just make sure you don’t say any complaints. In fact, how about we give you this DMV pass, which will let you jump lines in the future and this gift card to Toyota. Just remember where you got them.”
He smiles and walks away.
Great job! You got impatient, but you got your form signed and got a bunch of free stuff!
