“No, it was all a joke,” you say.
“Hmm…” the principal says, “Well I have no choice but to give you detention. You can get the slip from my mom outside-I mean you can get it from the secretary outside.”
You get the detention slip and go back to the classroom and the kids cheer. You are very popular, but your teacher seems harsh on you for your joke. In fact, you just barely pass the class at the end of the year. Even the kid with the extra arm did better than you!
All this because of your clever name!
